Delivery Info
Standard Delivery to the UK Mainland:
Standard delivery items will be sent in their gift box by the Royal Mail First Class recorded delivery service. Items will require a signature from you upon arrival. This service gives you peace of mind that your items will arrive safely and directly into your possession.
Delivery times:
Our aim is to deliver all orders within 2-5 working days of your payment being received. In the unlikely event that this is not possible, we would email you to advise you of the likely delay. Please be aware that with our Standard Delivery method, your items are not insured. If you require insurance, please inform us and we will use the Special Delivery service (at the additional cost as per below).
Special Delivery to the UK Mainland:
We can also arrange to deliver your items to you using the Royal Mail's Special Delivery service. This service is available for all UK orders at a charge of £5.95. Our aim is to deliver all orders within 2-5 working days of your payment being received. In the unlikely event that this is not possible, we would email you to advise you of the likely delay.
